Master’s/PhD degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or alike Good understanding of digital data and advanced analytics Solid understanding of typical machine-learning techniques Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, data architecture, data modelling, data management and data visualization Experience in managing large cross-functional teams across business and technical areas Work experience in a similar field preferred Strategic and conceptual thinker, curious mind Extraverted, good networker Effective project management skills Demonstrated results orientation We are looking for a data enthusiast who learns continuously, is a good listener, asks questions and is open to discussions. Define data-driven business opportunities in versatile industries Conceptualize complex use cases into end-to-end, executable project plans Act as a project/program manager driving projects forward Calculate business cases Identify needed enablers for delivering analytics projects (Re)design business processes to be intelligent and automated, incl. people’s roles and responsibilities, technical requirements Give input for data asset creation, data & solution architecture, people development, governance, and processes Effectively communicate insights to business stakeholders and drive change Drive the development of Chaiansh analytics product portfolio
